Highly, highly recommend this dealership! !! Never worked with a Dealership who went the extra mile the way the owner and sales man Shaun did at Berkenkotter, in Parker. My son bought a used !! My son bought a used vehicle from them without a warranty. 1 week later the car had problems, instead of telling us to bad, they not only towed the vehicle to their mechanic in Castle Rock for no charge, they traded out the vehicle for an even better vehicle and redid the whole deal with my son! The owner Dan stated he would make it right and he did! My son needed a reliable car for himself and his daughter and now he has one! Shawn the Sales guy was amazing, honest and made sure my son was satisfied with his car. He researched other vehicles on the lot before my son even came back to help him get the right one. We have purchased from them prior to this but never expected them to be as honest and reliable as this. The owner prides himself on doing right by his customers and making a good name for himself and in our book he has. We would recommend Berkenkotter to anyone looking for a good reliable used car with honest sales people and staff!! More

Honest, Incredible Customer Care before, during and after. Looked everywhere for different used cars, specially looked for a beater car but the best deal I found was for a car with 200k miles and it after. Dealer failed to mention it but carfax pulls up alot. Anyway, had been wanting a bike for a while found a nice suzuki vstrom 650. Great price under $1800.00 cash purchase with dealer fees and all. Bike has 30k miles, had it in a shop. Engine is amazing, Overall really blessed and glad with my purchase. Thank you to the berkenkotter family, from the Smiths. More
