I bought a 2019 F250 from Hillsboro Ford while driving it home the GPS and sync system started freezing up and losing connection. Called them back and they said they would fix it took the truck back they it home the GPS and sync system started freezing up and losing connection. Called them back and they said they would fix it took the truck back they did a software update and said they fixed it. Picked the truck up started home and it started doing the same thing called back and dropped the truck off again they had the truck for two days and said ford knows about the problem but won’t fix it. Will not be buying another vehicle from them again!! More
