Terrible experience Made an appointment a week ago for a tailgate recall on my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I get there and there’s no parts when I specifically asked the girl on the phone when I made t tailgate recall on my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I get there and there’s no parts when I specifically asked the girl on the phone when I made the appointment. Make sure you have parts. She says we will. I get there and there’s no parts, so now I have to make another appointment to get it done. Then I wanted to get some tires put on my truck and I asked the guy if I can get it done on a Monday he says no we’re too busy on Mondays and totally blew it off i mean there other days in the week I was just asking for Monday, but you could’ve said you know there’s more days in the week. You could’ve just made it for different day. Well then I left there and then I had to call Michelle on the phone and make an appointment. I said hey, I need to make an appointment for, these tires installed she acted like she didn’t wanna do it and I was ruining her day she makes the appointments she sent me the service to make an appointment but then I get on the phone with service guy and the service guy says hey you gotta talk to Michelle for appointments so then she clicks me tries to send me back to Michelle. she don’t answer the phone so then I had to go to the call the main line and asked for Michelle again then I get Michelle and she’s like hello like she don’t even wanna talk. I said I just need to make an appointment for these tires and it’s just like it was just killing her to make the appointment. More
