Arrigo is the worst. My husband visted on Friday after work just to get a glance at Jeep we were interested in and was discriminated against because he was in his work cl My husband visted on Friday after work just to get a glance at Jeep we were interested in and was discriminated against because he was in his work clothes! No one gave him the time of day and when he asked a question it was like they were annoyed. Next day we go for our scheduled appointment and again!!! Instead of being taken to a desk to discuss business we had to sit in the middle of the show room while they try tried to discuss business on the open floor with other customers there while a white couple sat at our salesman's desk!!! Again we had a 12:30pm appointment!!! FYI, glad we didn't stay, the Jeep they have there had a chip in the paint on the door, battery was dead, and it had an awful sound on a new vehicle!!! Thanks for your horrible service! I went to WALLACE in Stuart where I was treated with respect, was offered coffee, water, even food!!!! Was given wonderful service and I drove out with a beautiful 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit!!!! YOUR LOSS ARRIGO, DO BETTER! Thank you Jim and Tony at Wallace! More
