Five Star Ford of Dallas was the 5th or 6th spot we made Friday afternoon. The other spots included salespeople that were too aggressive or tried to sell us something we had already stated we didn't want. B Friday afternoon. The other spots included salespeople that were too aggressive or tried to sell us something we had already stated we didn't want. By the time we got the Five Star we were drained emotionally but Shawn cheered us up - his old school and transparent approach brought us back to life. Shawn was personable and made it clear his intent was to help us find the best vehicle for us, even if it wasn't on his lot. He doesn't focus on flashy or won't push vehicles on you. We spent almost 4 hours at the dealership on Friday reviewing the inventory of F-150s and test driving. Along the way, Shawn provided plenty of details about the different options/trims. He is very knowledgeable but was never pushy. We also liked that he was very patient. We left Friday but decided to return the next day due to the excellent customer service we received from Shawn. We found our truck the next day after several hours but we are adamant that it would not have happened without Shawn. Anyone looking for a new vehicle, well researched or not, would walk away impressed with the level of service and care. It is clear that Shawn cares about the person and not just making the sale.
