I was told it would take 4-6 weeks was understandable. however, they hadn't even processed the cancellation at week 8! After calling 2 finance officers and getting no response after leaving messages, I called Chris Ballard Finance Director. He followed up with me and was able to get my request processed. I received my refund within 10 days. More

Shawn tried is absolute best to try to accommodate my requirements, but, despite Shawn's best efforts, none of the Five Star Dealerships had a Ranger which had the options I wanted - or - simply didn't match my budget requirements.
