With a foundation in competitive drag racing, Shawn Matteoli brings a performance-driven mindset to every aspect of service management. His career has spanned leadership roles at top dealerships including Audi Marin, Toyota, and Hyundai, where he honed a collaborative and customer-first approach. Shawn is certified at the highest levels across multiple brands, including Audi, Toyota, Hyundai, and Nissan, and has served on Hyundai’s Dealer Council for Fixed Operations. Shawn believes that “we are more in the people business than the automotive business,” a philosophy that fuels his passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Outside the service bay, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, kids, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Cannoli, or pursuing his love for motorsports, fitness, and Tai Chi.
