Not really honest I found the service department to be unwilling to stand behind the extended warranties enthusiasticly promoted in Sales. Took my Jeep for a well-docum I found the service department to be unwilling to stand behind the extended warranties enthusiasticly promoted in Sales. Took my Jeep for a well-documented problem with the U-Connect 430. First they denied the problem, then they demended that we pay for a non-covered repair first (a $600 antenna!). They scheduled a repair appointment, and then said that it would be 20 days before they look at it, and that the plan would only pay for one day rental Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware! More
