Subaru Forester owner I always have a good experience at Van Bortel. First at Victor and now at the new store on West Henrietta Rd. The people are friendly and professional I always have a good experience at Van Bortel. First at Victor and now at the new store on West Henrietta Rd. The people are friendly and professional. You drive into the garage and drop off your car. You move inside and sit in the customer service area. There's WiFi, snacks and a TV. And also a fireplace! They keep you informed about your service and the work is done in a timely manner. I never give 5 stars because there is always something that could be improved. If I gave 5 stars, then that means excellent and I want people always to strive to be better. More
