Purchased a vehicle from Grubbs Infiniti and they inspected after purchase was complete. Found problems on the second week of purchase, let me know and we sorted it out to get it repaired and deliver inspected after purchase was complete. Found problems on the second week of purchase, let me know and we sorted it out to get it repaired and delivered. Upon repairing, I kept in touch with the manager and he claimed vehicle parts ordered, no news yet so it means progress, and then third day thereafter, I find out the vehicle was sold in auction. No communication, no written or verbal cancelation, no emails, texts or any method of communicating this to me at all. I'm on my third week, spoke with General manager and he brought up some other news about the vehicle that was NEVER reported to me upon purchase or inspection so it feels like I'm being told lie after lie. He claims that they strictly WILL NOT sell a vehicle that is compromised in safety while the manager I spoke with clearly stated that they sell vehicles ALL THE TIME to cash buyers that want to purchase them as is without getting it inspected. Don't know who to believe or what to believe. 3 whole weeks, a vehicle that I signed for, paid my down payment, funded by the bank for financing and Grubbs got their money but they sold the vehicle, supposedly canceled my sale because the vehicle wasn't "fit to deliver" but yet forgot to issue my refund? Forgot to call my bank to cancel the financing transaction? And making me stress out, run around and waste my time only to tell me that they will compensate me with a $250 Bob's Steakhouse gift card? REALLY? This is extremely unethical, unprofessional, and ridiculous treating your customers that way. Not to mention I found a vehicle the same day for my sister's son at the same dealership whom I referred and she came in and purchased. So I should've gotten at least a little better treatment than this. More
