Shawn was recommended to me by a close friend and I cannot begin to thank him enough for all of his time and effort. To say that I was terrified when walking into the dealership would be an understatem cannot begin to thank him enough for all of his time and effort. To say that I was terrified when walking into the dealership would be an understatement. I personally have very little experience or exposure to cars and was looking to buy my first car after getting my license. Shawn immediately took me under his wing and treated me like family. I told him my wants, expectations and price range and he was able to translate that into the car that perfectly matched my needs, all the while explaining his thought process every step of the way. It was both extremely educational as well as empowering as I better understood the things to look out for in a used car and how to tell if I am getting a good deal. Throughout the entire process he was extremely candid and matter of fact and was constantly reminding me that the decision was ultimately up to me and what I felt most comfortable with. Not only that, when I returned to pick up my license plates and registration, he touched up some scrapes on my car without me even asking. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process of buying a car and feel so confident that I got the best deal for the car that I purchased. I will most definitely be recommending Shawn to all of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a car in the future as well as will be returning myself when it's time to upgrade to a new car.
