Having not bought a used car before, as a single parent, a mom, doing this on my own, I was a bit anxious about finding a dealership and a salesperson who I could trust and be taken good care of. From the moment I started working with Shawn and the entire team at Arrow, I knew I was in good hands. Shawn listened carefully to my needs, my “wishes” vs “wants” in a car, and my budget. After narrowing it down to a few cars that met my criteria, I chose one and had the opportunity to take it to my mechanic to make sure all is well with the car. After his seal of approval I went back to Shawn, excited to work out the final details. Easy conversation reviewing price and options. In short, I was a happy and satisfied customer. Shawn also had made all the paperwork streamlined and effortless. I cannot say enough what a positive experience it was. I’m guessing not many customers walk out of a used car dealership feeling the same. But Shawn and the Arrow team are the exception. Outstanding!!! More
