We had a number of specifics we were after which caused Shawn extra work but nothing was ever a problem for him and he dealt with everything we asked and constantly followed up to make sure we were ok. We also worked with Kain Schenck in finance who was also fantastic. Kain got all the paperwork worked out to make sure we were in and out as quickly as possible. Like Shawn he was extremely patient with any questions we had and helped us get everything wrapped up in no time. Both these guys level of customer service made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. Top class Honda. More
