He was patient with all of my requests and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. I have been a General Manager for a multi million dollar company with 42 employees under my umbrella and Billy is the type of employee that keeps your customers coming back and continuing to choose Kia as their premier dealership. He traveled to get my vehicle from another lot and took time to detail it himself before I arrived. He got me all set up to go over to Shawn who made the signing process a very smooth one and also answered all my sales questions. Upon handing over the keys he sat with me in my car and made sure I knew about the bells and whistles to make sure I felt comfortable in my car before I left the lot. He set up my app to get my remote key ready and even made sure my cell phone was attached to the car before I left. Thank you Billy for going above and beyond. I will most definitely send more people your way- and drive out of town to purchase from your dealership because of his superb customer service. Also- Shawn’s office was great!
