Very disappointed that the original car I chose was told would be put on hold for me was then sold to someone else. In addition the paperwork needed to be redone as the finance person printed the numbers of would be put on hold for me was then sold to someone else. The finance person made an appointment with me for 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday and was a no show. I spoke with the manager who stated someone would come to me between 9 and 10 on Tuesday the 25 th and after no one showed up by 9:50 I called the dealership and was told someone had a emergency and couldn't come. No one bothered to call and let me know this. I came into the dealership and Sean was available for me to resign the papers on the 27th. Finance should have made every effort to address this without making appointments that they did not keep, wasting my time. Although my first car purchase with Manteca Kia in 2019 was very favorable, this experience was not. My next purchase will be with a different dealership More
