Not a great experience to say the least. Car spent 5 months in the shop and it still isn't right and the car hasn't been right since they layed hands on it. It went in for a manufacturer repair and the months in the shop and it still isn't right and the car hasn't been right since they layed hands on it. It went in for a manufacturer repair and the car came back in worse condition multiple times. It's like they don't care for others property. Or they do to keep making service sales or lack of care to do the work properly the fist time. More

Very disappoint again. I was promised that my vehicle would be taken care of. Get it back with damage. Service advisor Clay did not take care of me and promised me he would. I work in the service field would be taken care of. Get it back with damage. Service advisor Clay did not take care of me and promised me he would. I work in the service field and this would not fly with me. Why Is my property and me as a customer being treated like this. Is this the way Freedom treats customers and their property??? I went back and discussed everything with Shelby Gresley. He told me everything will be taken care of. I hope so. More
