Buying a car from this dealership was one of the worst purchases I ever made in my life. Don't buy a car from this dealership ever. If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. I've only been in this car 4 months and I had to return it the 3rd week I purchased it because the car wouldn't cut off. I had to end up getting the car towed to the dealership, who in return was suppose to give me a loaner car. They didn't even have a loaner car to give me after I paid for the bumper to bumper extended warranty when I brought the car. This is a 2019 Jeep with on 23,000 miles on it and I'm having all sorts of issues with it. They called me about 4 or days later saying the car was ready for pickup. I get the car and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. I've been calling the service department for over 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. I work long hours and don't have the time to drive all the way out there and this is my only car at the moment . This car is a lemon. More

Sheldon is the BEST!!! I have been searching for a car for the past month and I wish that I would have started here. One dealership 2 1/2 hours away in NC I had to leave after being ignored for over 3 hours, one dealership changed their prices on me after I drove 90 minuets to their dealership, another refused to give me any honest pricing prior to making a 2 hour drive to the dealership. Haley Jeep’s prices where straight forward. Sheldon explained everything clearly and did not waste my time. I was probably one of his most difficult customers but he did everything he could to find a vehicle that met my requirements and price range. Now I am a very happy owner of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee thanks to Sheldon’s hard work(and believe me... it was hard work). Thank you Sheldon!! I appreciate all of your knowledge and hard work!! More
