The repair to my car was very good. The greeting from the service manager was just okay. Since my 2021 Buick only had 21,000 miles on it, I asked when the road rep visited Bell & Bell The greeting from the service manager was just okay. Since my 2021 Buick only had 21,000 miles on it, I asked when the road rep visited Bell & Bell to see if it could be covered since it is a known flaw for GM cars. (My father-in-law owned a dealership so I know more than the average person about car dealerships). She looked at me with a blank stare - "never heard of a road rep". Meanwhile another passing employee (an older man) snarled "I've worked here 20 years - ain't never heard of. road rep." When I was notified that my car was finished, I approached the service manager. She handed me the keys. I asked her where my car was. She pointed to a large parking lot - "it's out there somewhere." This is not at all professional! I had to searched through dozens of cars till I found mine! This is why I only gave the dealership 3 stars. More
