Throughout our many conversations before we purchased, they always treated me with patience and respect. I had been looking at vehicles for a while before finding Shottenkirk, and was honestly worn out from getting the runaround and typical car dealership games from other dealers. It was a breath of fresh air to work with these folks, and they are a shining example of how it SHOULD be to buy a car. If you are looking for a no-pressure, straightforward and honest experience where you won't be pressured, lied to or misled - this is the place to go.
