Drove 3 hrs from home to pickup vehicle and Sherry came in on her day off to meet us at the dealership. We discovered a technical issue had developed with the backup camera and radio that was not there pr in on her day off to meet us at the dealership. We discovered a technical issue had developed with the backup camera and radio that was not there previously. As it was a holiday weekend and technicians weren’t available, they kept the vehicle to address/fix the issue, and will then deliver to me at NO CHARGE. Excellent experience… thanks Sherry! More
