I don't like buying cars. The whole experience, to me, is about as fun as getting stung by a bee where you have a 3rd degree burn. However, I called ganley about purchasing 2 cars from them. I was greeted by a friendly voice which was cheerful and welcoming. The name of that person who I spoke with was Sherry Workman. When I went into the dealership to meet Sherry, she was just as wonderful in person as she was over the phone. She did not pressure me to sign papers, she listened to what I was looking for and made she put together the best possible deal for me. If Sherry stays in the business, I'll never buy a car from anyone else. A dealership can do a lot to keep a customer coming back, I'm sure the other people there are nice and all that, but I'll go back and work with Sherry every time. I am a picky and persistent kind of gal, I like when people are straight forward and get to the point. Sherry was all of that all while being kind and funny. She read me well and she now holds my loyalty. So if you're like me, and you don't like dealing with all of the obnoxious tactics of car sales, go see Sherry. You'll know where to find her, look for the best dressed desk in the joint. She's good people. More
