I answered Yes on the recommend this dealership, but have concerns about it. The dealership and facilities are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. In looking for a used vehicle the inventory was very low, and the car we had come to the dealership to look at had already been sold. The dealership had a similar car and we only had the one car to evaluate. The car was for my wife, and she drove the Equinox. It drove very well, and we liked the car. It was reported that the car was not ready for delivery. We really could not come back, but the dealership indicated they would deliver the car. It was unknown what the dealership would do to prepare the car for delivery, so we just had to trust they would ensure it was in deliverable condition. We decided we would make an offer on the car. The negotiations went quite well, and a price was agreed to. The finance manager had the papers prepared and the closing went smoothly. The car was delivered, and everything seemed fine. However, the right rear tire tripped the senser within a couple of days. Upon inspection of the tires, it was noted that the problem tire did not match the other three tires, and was of an unfamiliar brand. Air was added, and the senser tripped again in couple of days, and air was added again.. The dealership was contacted about the rogue tire, but had little concern and suggested we had picked up a nail. They would only consider a different tire if we had purchased a tire protection warranty at closing. We took the car to a tire shop and there was not a nail and no obvious reason for a leak. The only obvious solution was to fill the tire to near the maximum pressure limit. So the overall purchase experience was reasonably pleasant but the tire situation and lack of concern after the car was delivered was disappointing. My wife is now on a trip to Albuquerque and hopefully the tire will hold up. More
