He also was very outgoing which made the experience less stressful considering I had no idea what I even wanted to purchase and he also helped find the best deal and arrangements for my situation. It was just a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Simon if you need a friendly car dealer I’m sure he’ll accommodate his future buyer with great care and honesty as he did for me! Often times dishonest companies use this gimmick to get you into the shop an then fabricate or exaggerate other repair issues not covered by the plan or coupon. My visit was absolutely free. The alignment was within spec and the vehicle inspection results pointed out some normal wear that will need to be addressed at a future visit, but I wasn't pressed at all to have them repaired during this visit. More
