Terrible Service We went in for a cut and dry lease buy out and spent nearly three hours there. We made an appointment and that was not even on record. We were talked down to when we asked questions and given short answers. We were shown one rate, then when it came to finance the rate was literally double and the paper they had shown us with the lower rate mysteriously vanished. The finance guy was insanley rude, probably because it was the end of the day but it's not my fault they jacked around for 2 hours prior to seeing him. Overall I've never felt so crapped on and I will never step foot in there again, for service or otherwise. More

I was lucky that Sirena was the sales person that answered the phone when I called. I told her my experience at the other dealership and she worked hard to find the F-150 I was looking for and putting the deal together. She made the process very easy. We worked it out over the phone, I went in, she had the truck ready, we did the paper work and off I went. Sirena was awesome to work with and very professional. I will definitely come back and refer all my friends to Sirena and Spradley/Barr. Thanks for a great job guys! More
