Don Mullins refuses to help customers! I called 2 weeks ashi for a refund owed to me I was instructed by finance that I would have my check any day. This was 10 days ago. I called to check on why the check hasn't been recieved and no one was willing to help me. I asked for the General Manager.... I have his name because this is not thre first HORRIBLE issue we have had with Friendly Kia (which is not friendly at all). Per his manager he refused my call! So.... my recommendation is stear away from a facility that had HORRIBLE customer service from start to finish! More
