We didn’t have to do the “back and forth game” too long before he put a n Outstanding car dealership experience! Our sales guy, Don Smith was awesome! We didn’t have to do the “back and forth game” too long before he put a number in front of us that was exactly what we wanted! I was IMPRESSED at how quickly we got the price of the car agreed upon. From start to finish, they worked with us to get us the best deal on my new 2019 Kia Stinger GT. We drove all the way from Orlando (since the dealerships here have terrible reviews/bait and switch tactics) to give Friendly Kia a chance and they DELIVERED! There was a small mixup at the end where they could not add an extra rebate and use the financing (0.0%) but I completely understood the logic when Curtis, one of their Sales Managers, explained why. (I mean let’s be honest we all know they still have to make money off of a deal and because I had the 0.0% financing they weren’t gonna get $ from me there. Kia (manufacturer) also does not allow ALL rebates to be combined with financing offers so I knew it wasn’t some gimmick or trick. He was still willing and able to shave a little more off the price as a dealer discount to get me closer to what I thought I would be purchasing the car for. I will be making the drive again to purchase any other Kias our family decides to own in the future! This is my first Kia and I already love my car so much it WON’T be my last! I highly recommend Friendly Kia! 10/10!!! More

He was able to get me an amazing APR and great payment despite my trade in and not so good credit. Extremely in love with my new car, and so thankful we ended up stopping here. They really care about their customers and are realistic, won’t just tell you anything to keep you listening. More
