Truck was clean and ready to go for a test drive! Salesman Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. Aside from the vehicle being in great condition, Joe and Skye was extremely helpful in finding a financial package that fit what I had in mind. They helped facilitate a trade in and swap of registration. Even after the purchase, they followed up on a couple of minor issues identified in the test drive and fixed them with Nissan at no charge to myself. Best dealership I've worked with. Weren't too pushy and definitely a "friendly" place to buy a vehicle. More

My biggest complaint that I had was the time I had to spend to do the transaction. We arrived on a Saturday at 11:22 am. We had already negotiated on the price with the internet sales department. I came with a check printed out check for the exact amount. After the test drive that took less than 7 minutes, I asked one of the sales managers how long this would take and he said under an hour. I ended up driving my purchased vehicle off the lot at 1:23 pm. I had already gotten an insurance quote from Progressive and they had the VIN number. Vince called them, answered a few questions, handed the phone to me, I confirmed a few things and done. In less than four minutes I had full coverage on the car. A little while later, I went into the finance managers office to sign lots more papers. It was there that I confirmed that the dealership was making even more profit on the tag transfer and title process, The vehicle is titled in Leon county, FL. a tag transfer runs $7.60. A title transfer is $86. I was charged over $300 at the dealerships. I suppose that's why people call them "stealerships". There is already a $899 "dealer fee" that isn't disclosed in the advertising on the price of the car. They then feel the need to peel their customers even more on inflated extraneous fees. The holdup after that apparently was the car detailing department. The detailing department had the vehicle in their possession for over a full hour at that point. I do realize it was a busy Saturday with lots happening but the mistakes made by the detailing department were pretty onerous. a little after 1:00 pm I asked Vince what was happening with my car. He told me that they had completed detailing it and that they were filling it up with gas to give me a full tank. I walked over to the windows and sure enough, there was my car across the street at the Shell station. Only, nobody was filling it up. We waited and watched. Ten minutes later an employee came out of the store and started filling. A couple of minutes later, he had apparently stopped filling but was just hanging out by the pumps. The car prep manager let us know that they found some stuff on the seats and that it was taking a little longer to get it cleaned. This was after the car was parked at the gas station. I resisted the urge to ask him if they were cleaning the seats across the street. A full 18 minutes after we spotted the car at the gas station, he finally starts the car and drives it back across the street. Me and my dad had been joking about "typical dealer crap". No dealer anywhere in my experience ever values the customers time once the deal is done. Well, anyway, the car was back on the lot and I was ready to drive off. While they were doing a few last minute touch-ups, I checked a couple of things I hadn't earlier. Things like making sure the spare was in the vehicle and inflated, etc. When I popped the trunk, it was a mess. Empty soda and water bottles, Confetti, A package of lug nuts, Legos. The prep manager expressed disgust and apologized. He took the floor mat with all the crap on it to be cleaned. He came back and replaced the trunk mat and I was able to drive the car off the lot. LOVE the car. Thought the sales department was top notch. Was disappointed with some of the crap fees and prep department work. More
