Buying and leasing discrepancy ! As a return buyer I think I was treated un fairly !I purchased 5 cars from your dealership in the past and was pleased. I am always happy with Kia car As a return buyer I think I was treated un fairly !I purchased 5 cars from your dealership in the past and was pleased. I am always happy with Kia cars, My last car a 2015 Cadenza was traded in on 9/20/18 . I was only offered $12,000.00 which I think was worth more! considering you turned around and offered it for sale at a $3000.00 profit! I asked the salesman to give me two estimates on the Sorento . One to buy it and one to lease it. To buy it he offered me a interest rate of 5.5% I said your kidding me. He said interest rates are up all over. I believe he lied to me again ! Considering my Cadenza interest rate was 0% for 6 years. I did some research and with my credit score of 824 NO WAY SHOULD I been offered 5.5%. All over the state other dealers are offering low interest rates, (EVEN 0%) another lie I was told! I love the Sorento ,but I did not get treated fairly ! I should have gotten more for my Cadenza and offered a low interest rate to buy the Sorento! After my lease is up I don't know if I'll be back to Friendly's whom I feel was not so friendy to me !
