My sales person, Donald Smith was very easy going, friendly and personable while working with my father and I. He really helped to ease some of the anxiety that I was feeling about buying a new car. The staff also was fair with the negotiation on my trade-in. When it came to dealing with the finance department my experience with Jon Michael Coakley was really great, he was also very friendly, personable and easy going. He was great at being fair and honest, really explaining about the extra warranties and any other questions I may have had, and answering these questions in a way that made sense to me, which I greatly appreciated. The day I picked up my new car, Donald Smith made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything about the car. The staff in charge of cleaning the car went the extra mile to fix a few minor issues that I saw on the interior of the car and Donald Smith set up an appointment for me to get those issues fixed to my satisfaction. This is where I dealt with Carl Joyner when I brought the car back in, he was very friendly and courteous when I met him. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the waiting room that I stayed in while the staff fixed those couple of minor issues on the interior. While there during that appointment I also met Skye Cheney in financing. He was also very friendly and helpful with reassuring me with the last details of the process while Jon Michael was out of town. One last person that I wanted to mention but unfortunately I do not know his name, he was very helpful with assisting me with the set up of my Kia UVO account. I dealt with him on 9/10/18 around 10:30 am while my car was being serviced for the interior. More
