While Reneisha was very helpful and kind it did feel as though we were inconveniencing them by purchasing a brand new SUV. Several staff sitting around chit chatting about hunting and their weekend plans. though we were inconveniencing them by purchasing a brand new SUV. Several staff sitting around chit chatting about hunting and their weekend plans. We did have an appointment so I am not sure of the disconnect but it was not a good experience. A long wait to sign the papers (over 2 hours) after we decided to purchase. The brand new car also did not come with floor mats? Would expect more from a $48,000 car. I now have to wait for several weeks for mine to arrive from Hyuandai at the price of an additional $160.00. More

Great experience overall. Rich from finance was super pushy with the warranty and made us feel uncomfortable when we said no (his hands were shaking with anger), I had to ask if we were allowed to purcha pushy with the warranty and made us feel uncomfortable when we said no (his hands were shaking with anger), I had to ask if we were allowed to purchase the vehicle if we didn’t choose an extra warranty. Ben is wonderful, would definitely buy another vehicle or recommend him to purchase a vehicle from. He knows his stuff. Skye was on top of it with answering my questions and so kind. Mike is awesome. The sales team rocks at Elhart. More
