After I went through some financial trouble in 2009 my Elantra decided to fall apart on me, so I was struggling to decide what to do about replacing it. Then I remembered a letter I had received from Elhart offering to work with me despite my credit issues, so I decided to give them a try. I expected to drive home with an old, beat up used car, but walked out with a brand new vehicle. From then on I was hooked with Elhart and I never hesitate to go back there every time my lease expires and I need a replacement. The service I receive every time I drive up is outstanding, and I have recommended them to several people over the years. Plus, I really love their involvement in the Be Nice campaign. That shows they care about more than just selling cars. More

it started good but has gone down hill since I was in need of a new car and quickly choose a Tucson, its a great car, what i did not know was all the great warranty Hyundai provides so when it wa I was in need of a new car and quickly choose a Tucson, its a great car, what i did not know was all the great warranty Hyundai provides so when it was time to sign on the dotted lines I was offered many optional add on warranty products. Being a person who keeps cars a very long time I was not prepared for what if any sounded good . the finance manager was very convincing. So I chose some of them. When I brought my new car home I was very exited but had an uneasy feeling about my add-on choices . I began to research them and found in my opinion I made some bad choices. So i called the finance manager the following Monday and shared my feelings and stated that I needed to cancel all the additional warranty products this was on the third day after my purchase,. He seemed to understand and said he could help me with that. This is where it has been going downhill that was two and a half months ago and I see nothing credited back to my account. I work very hard for my income and and cannot understand why this is taking so long I am talking about to me, a significant amount over seven thousand dollars that should be credited to my account. I stop in from time to time and ask when can I expect to see the credit . I am told it should be very soon . Whats my next step? More
