I asked the dealership to check on a weatherstripping on the door to see if it could be put back into the metal bracket. I don’t think the team tried and just told me they need to order a new weatherstrippi the door to see if it could be put back into the metal bracket. Dealer had the car all day and could have easily gotten this done. More

Had my vehicle for 6 days…completed less than half of the scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up. Hadn’t even contacted extended warranty company for approvals. Didn scheduled issues. Told me that service would be done on scheduled day of pick up.
