I have owned several Chevy/GMC with the Duramax. Nobody was interested in listening to my description of what the truck was doing. I paid 2K and it was doing the same 3 things I took it in for. I Nobody was interested in listening to my description of what the truck was doing. I paid 2K and it was doing the same 3 things I took it in for. I took it back and tried again and still got it back doing the same. They literally asked me to pay an additional 650. For a headlight they were supposed to address the first two times. I bought the light myself - The HED light was 48 dollars. I would recommend avoiding this place. More

Skyler did a great job communicating about the car being fixed, and the difficulty in diagnosing the problem. It is wonderful to work with a person who gets back to you and let you know what’s happening. fixed, and the difficulty in diagnosing the problem. I brought my truck in with a check engine light. I checked the code beforehand. The code was for a particulate matter temperature sensor (p118b). After diagnosis the mechanic determined the reason f I checked the code beforehand. The code was for a particulate matter temperature sensor (p118b). After diagnosis the mechanic determined the reason for the code was low voltage in a secondary battery. I agreed to have them replaced. After being replaced they said the code was still causing a check engine light so then after replacing the batteries they replaced the particulate matter temperature sensor. I really felt taken advantage because they said the reason for the code was batteries but in the end it was just the sensor that needed to be replaced. Also when picking up my vehicle I was given a receipt but I didn’t receive any paperwork on the multi point inspection so I have no information on if the batteries were actually bad. I really feel like they could have easily just made up the battery situation to squeeze out an easy $600.00. Each time Skyler called me I wasn’t able to answer so I have voicemails to prove that the original problem was as only the batteries and then after the batteries were replaced the problem was the particulate matter temperature sensor. When I asked about this the service writer got very quiet and didn’t say anything. Didn’t direct me to a manager. It felt like I caught him in a scam the way he acted. This dealership has definitely lost my trust and I won’t be bringing my vehicles back. Also for someone who has bought 2 GMC trucks since 2020 I will most likely not be buying vehicles from this dealership now. More
