I really wish I would have never purchased a vehicle from Alpine. Nothing but lies and bad service since I signed the paperwork. I wish I had better things to say about my overall experience with getting my truck fixed very disappointed in the GMC product, also disappointed about being kept up on the status of my vehicle. I was experience with getting my truck fixed very disappointed in the GMC product, also disappointed about being kept up on the status of my vehicle. I was also called and told that my truck was going to be ready just to find out the call was meant for someone else and my truck still wasn’t ready for a few weeks later. I also had called and left messages to ask questions about my vehicle and my phone call was never returned. I had to call back to ask again about what was going on. Maybe their service department is good but I think they could do a better job about keeping people up on the status of their vehicle. Also, after keeping my truck for two months, you would think they would’ve at least returned me a clean truck.. I will be trying a different dealership for my servicing with my next problem on my vehicle, which I’m sure will be soon since this truck has been such a disappointment to me. Glad I bought the extended warranty. More
