I communicated with Claudia and Spencer before driving to the dealership, and they provided me with everything I asked for and were incredibly helpful as we were shopping for a new Jeep. When we drove to the dealership, we worked with Brandon and he was incredibly kind and helpful. I appreciated the honesty and transparency of everyone we worked with, all the way down to Jeff in the finance office. We drove a long way to get to this dealership, and the vehicle we bought was everything they said it was. It was in great shape, and the numbers they gave me when I contacted the dealership were exactly what I got when I sat down to do the paperwork. We had a wonderful car buying experience here and would certainly be happy to buy from Bob Caldwell CDJR again in the future! More
