I had a bad experience at this dealership mainly because Spencer swore up and down that the car I was buying had no issues with it. The very next day the check engine light popped on and I took it to O'Reil Spencer swore up and down that the car I was buying had no issues with it. The very next day the check engine light popped on and I took it to O'Reilly's and the code was saved so they previously erased it before selling it to me. The part was for a torque converter and absolutely nobody had it. And I find it very shady that they would sell me a car with a problem after telling me it had no problem and to make it worse I couldn't fix it even if I wanted to. More
