I left the operations side to aggressively pursue what I love. PEOPLE! The personal connection, bond and camaraderie is second to none.I dove head first into Corporate/major account Sales, Sales Management, and eventually landed in Customer Retention management. In this capacity I had the privilege to manage large groups of employees of 100+ utilizing my skill of critical thinking, problem solving and quasi self proclaimed therapist.I had another eureka moment and thought how crazy would it be if I married the things I really enjoy. PEOPLE, SALES & AUTOMOBILES. It was then I was determined to learn all that I could about the business. So throughout the years I have held various positions at the dealership level. Warranty Manager, Service advisor, Service Manager, Body Shop, and lastly Sales. However my most challenging yet rewarding job is being a father of two.
