I worked with a nice gentleman by the name of Mick, who was friendly and got me the price I was looking for. In fact he sold my parents their Explorer back in 2004. Unfortunately I feel the car that I purchased was rushed through the preparation process for sale. I have owned the car for a little over a month and have already had to take it in due to leaves in the blower motor. I now have to replace wiper blades that are old and worn out, that leave streaks that make it impossible to see out of the windshield. And there is a noticable vibration in the car at highway speeds. I don't feel the car was properly inspected before being made available for sale. They are a friendly group to work with, but make sure you take the car for a proper test drive again before you sign on the dotted line. More
