I had written a prior review and was a bit unfair, so I wanted to make it right. I bought the car on-line and created some confusion as I was not familiar with some of the processes. Below is what I had written: once the dealership saw my review they stepped up and made things right. The oil was changed but the reset of the indicator did not take so it really didn't need the oil change that i did.They even worked with me on the tire costs that they really had no obligation to do. Very impressed with the commitment to keeping me as a loyal customer. Steven.Sicheri The sale of my car was done completely on-line so I guess some of the opportunities were self induced. I had never purchased a car on-line before so I think it was a bit confusing. I had a few folks contacting me and wasn't sure who was collecting my information at first. Then Daniel took control of the situation and the communication was good moving forward. He took pictures of the car and videos to give me a real feel for what I was buying. I was able to e-sign all of the documents which was great as I lived 4 hours away. The downside was the vehicle arrived and looked as though it was detailed by a 15 year old. There were lots of spots that should have been buffed out or at least rubbed out before delivering the car. Another issue was the tires were shot and in need of replacement - They knew this as the lights were on for the tires when the car was started. I think that should have been communicated prior to my purchase - again a learning experience buying on-line. The last issue was the wrench light was on when we started the car - was worried that it had an issue but I took it to get tires and had them change the oil and the ight went off - again maybe a quick oil change on a car prior to selling it to someone on-line. I cant recommend the dealership to others but Daniel was great to work with More
