I hated the car I got, and after 3 years when I went to trade it in, I found out he had signed me to a 5 year lease instead of the 36 month we had discussed. I didn’t know what I was going to do, but Stacey Snead at D&M Leasing not only earned my trust, she went above and beyond to ensure that THIS experience was a five star experience! She found me more than one of the type of car I was looking for, and helped me through every step of the process.
