Came here for my second personal ford purchase after great family experience in the past. All staff is friendly and personable. Worked with Jason for sales and Tom for delivery. Had a great experience with Jason and Kris with the recent purchase of my 2025 Ford Bronco. Jason contacted me soon after my inquiry of a vehicle I was interested in. He even went as far as getting t recent purchase of my 2025 Ford Bronco. Jason contacted me soon after my inquiry of a vehicle I was interested in. He even went as far as getting the Bronco brought in from a sister store in NJ so it would be there for me to be able to test drive. I fell in love with it and purchased it on the spot. They even completed the recall on the vehicle before it even left the lot. Definitely would recommend Ciocca Ford in Quakertown for your next vehicle purchase and be sure to ask for Jason! More

I don’t have a problem paying for good service at dealerships, I really don’t. I could’ve had a starter put in my truck for a lot less money, but I know I’m getting good quality parts from Ford. Cha dealerships, I really don’t. I could’ve had a starter put in my truck for a lot less money, but I know I’m getting good quality parts from Ford. Charging people $200 for a diagnostic fee that is getting work done at the dealership is absolute xxxxxxxx. I understand today’s economy is different, but what I think you all need to understand is when people bring a vehicle to a dealership they are already expected to pay a higher fee, but not $200 xxxxxxxx diagnostic fee. Come on everybody. That is price gouging and you know it. More
