Went in for a used car, taking our car for trade-in. Instead of telling us they didn't want our car for trade-in , they insulted us with a crazy low-ball offer. Why not tell us the truth that they just didn't want our car for trade-in. In addition they made up an excuse that the RPMs dropped during shifting when they drove our car. Anyone knows RPMs drop when the car goes into overdrive gear. Disingenuous, insulting, demeaning one's intelligence. Never again. Hey- kid get a better job. More
