Bad experience! Total nightmare dealership changed my car registration and blamed DMV. Gave me the run around and would not fix. Spoke with owner who could care less. Became defensive argumentative and ma registration and blamed DMV. Gave me the run around and would not fix. Spoke with owner who could care less. Became defensive argumentative and made excuses. They never followed up with DMV . The nightmare got worse as they changed my drivers license without my authority. Again called owner passed blame to DMV yet they did the processing. Never said the words I am sorry . Go to customer service 101 those 3 small words go a long way. Not worth the hassle go to another dealership. This one does not care about customer Service: More

Excellent experience at Courtney honda. I leased my 2018 Accord at Courtney Honda. It was a great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, and did research and knew what I wanted to pay. My VW was not up for lease for 6 months but I wanted to replace it early. I contacted a few dealers. Some didn’t return my calls, some refused to help with the VW....except for Steven Courtney from Courtney Honda. He gave me a great price over the phone and gave me a check to pay off VW. Couldn’t have asked for better service. If I decide to lease another Honda I’ll go back there! More

Never will do business with Courtney Honda again I have always been a Honda girl. I have always dealt with Curtis Ryan in Shelton and they were fantastic. Well last year I found a CRV that I wanted I have always been a Honda girl. I have always dealt with Curtis Ryan in Shelton and they were fantastic. Well last year I found a CRV that I wanted and only Courtney Honda had it. In spite of the negative things I've heard about them, I decided to give them a try. My salesmen Aaron was great. Within just a couple of months I started having trouble with my Pandora connection. On 9/13/18 I bought the car in to Joe Riccio. He fooled around with it, saw how it would connect and disconnect and said he would speak with the District Manager. I did not receive a call back. I phoned 9/20, 10/5, 11/6, no response. I called and spoke Aaron on 11/20 and he said he would speak with Joe. I left messages for Aaron on 11/28, no response. I called on 12/13 and spoke with Aaron, he will speak with Joe. Finally on 1/11/19 I decided to speak with Mr. Steven Courtney. He assured me he would speak with Joe and someone would call be back. Do you believe I STILL have not heard back from anyone????? How unprofessional is this service. I'm thinking of now going directly to Honda. I have never had such poor service. More

Best Honda Dealership in Connecticut I have purchased two brand new cars from Courtney Honda and they have provided the best pricing both times. All other dealers around could not even co I have purchased two brand new cars from Courtney Honda and they have provided the best pricing both times. All other dealers around could not even come close to the great internet prices that i was able to get. Additionally their service department is exceptional. I will soon start looking for a new/used car for my son and Courtney Honda will be my destination once again. Keep up the great work!! More

From the moment I walked through the doors I was accompanied by employees, making my purchase easy and stress free. The price was competitive and I've had no problems with the car so far. Would highly recommend shopping Courtney Honda, even if its not the closest Honda dealership to you; worth the drive! More

My salesperson, Stephen Courtney was courteous and knowledgeable, even though I knew exactly wh I bough my second Honda a Courtney Honda in Jan 2016. My salesperson, Stephen Courtney was courteous and knowledgeable, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. I went in for preventive maintenance several months later and Stephen greeted me by first name. Hondas are great cars, my first Honda Civic lasted 15 years and 200,000 miles. I bought the new one to last the same time period. I bring my car back to Courtney Honda for regular service. In addition to the quality of the car and the dealership, the service department sold me on getting another one. The know me and my car, and they are always courteous. I have never been surprised by an unexpected expense. Hondas are great cars and Courtney is a fantastic dealership. I highly recommend both to anyone. More

Rich Craven is great to work with and it is obvious that Steven Courtney Jr. really cares about his customers and his employees and dealership. I consider these folks an extension of family. They are terrific and I have decided despite of another family situation involving the dealership, I will remain a loyal and respectful client. what other owner would call and follow up while vacationing?
