Mrs. Purcell, We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your registration. As we discussed over the phone, we're not able to change your registration once DMV makes it final. For some reason, they only have one address for you in their system and that's the only address that we can register the vehicle at. If you'd like to make any changes to your registration, you'd have to speak with them directly. Regarding the license renewal issue, my best guess is that DMV only has the one address on file for you. We have nothing to do with the DMV regarding the license renewal process. Other than that, I'm more than happy to help with anything if I'm able to. I think if you'll look at our other reviews, you'll find that we do indeed take customer satisfaction very seriously. DMV was able to do what I needed no issues. Can you image getting your address changed by the car dealership without your consent because they cannot do paperwork correctly! Milford Honda needs to train your office staff. The General manager also needs training on courtesy. Can you believe after buying a new car getting blasted by the general manager for an office mistake! How about thank you I am sorry! I worked for a Fortune 500 company and never could believe a manager speaking like he did to a customer. Guess he does not want me back and I will never go back or recommend.
