To say I went in that day nervous, doubtful, twitchy and SAD to trade in a vehicle I Loved is an understatement!! Took some time to get more comfortable w my decision to purchase a new pre-owned vehicle; an SAD to trade in a vehicle I Loved is an understatement!! Took some time to get more comfortable w my decision to purchase a new pre-owned vehicle; and I give ALL that COMFORT credit to the staff that took CARE OF ME. Manager Stephen, Crystal and Devon gave me not only their professionalism, but PATIENCE and kindness..even got me laughing and made the process Fun! From start to finish, they made it an easy and joyous process!!!! Even followed up since the purchase to make sure everything was OK with Me And the Truck. (ALL three of them) It was a LONG drive home that afforded me the time i needed to fall in love with this Ram Rebel, and lose the 'buyers remorse/panic' (happened in less than 2 miles haha) Can't express in words HOW MUCH, and how deeply GRATEFUL I am to these three for their ABOVE AVERAGE customer service, and attention to all my individual questions and needs.. and then some. I cannot express ENOUGH how MUCH I appreciate them, Bayside CDJR, and my new rebel!!!!!!! Let me start off by saying DeVon is the man! Great salesman to work with and super down to earth. My process of buying my dream truck was great! I do have a couple gripes though.. 1 - none of the surface rust under the body was ever mentioned. 2- none of scratches or dents were mentioned until I found them and asked about them 3 - the detailing part of the dealership needs some work.. they charge a $1500 “reconditioning” fee and it looks like a 3 year old washed the truck. I found crumbs and an old baby spoon behind the seat. They didn’t even bother washing the under carriage or even take any attention to detail. The engine bay was not even wiped down at all. You would think this thing would be spotless & even waxed for $1500. 4- a $400 sensor was found that to be faulty and I wasn’t told about it up front Other than that, DeVon was a great salesman and I would recommend him! More

Wow! I was greeted by everyone I passed and offered assistance. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, all of my qu I was greeted by everyone I passed and offered assistance. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, all of my questions and concerns were addressed without hesitation. This experience has completely changed how I view car buying! I would like to give an extra shout-out to Devon who has a very down to earth approach which made me feel like family. This is the way all dealerships should treat clients. They really deserve 6 stars for how efficient they made the process. Keep up the great work!! More
