Options for “add ons” or up selling were not provided until closing on a pad- no papers or brochures were given & we saw nothing that we signed on an electronic pad. The process was time consuming & we just sat waiting a good portion of our time. Then our sales person tried to demonstrate features of the car- by then we were exhausted & ready to leave. We had no problems w salesperson, Jeremiah Tolman, it just seemed unnecessarily prolonged to leave w the car. More
