Dropped off my truck for an overpriced oil change only because I needed a warranty item looked at and it was convenient to kill two birds with one stone. I had an appointment for 1pm and intake took forev because I needed a warranty item looked at and it was convenient to kill two birds with one stone. I had an appointment for 1pm and intake took forever. I never received a phone call back stating the truck was ready for pickup that day. I had to call at 5pm to see if my truck was done and had to cancel plans. When I talked to service I was told the truck was done but they could not repeat the warranty issue so nothing was fixed. I was told they were closing in 30 min and in order to get my truck back that night I had to be there before 5:30pm. That was not doable as I was 40 mins away. When I went to pick up my truck the next morning it took almost 40 more minutes as I had to wait in a long line and they lost my paperwork. I had to go back and forth between service and the cashier counter to fix their mistake. Once I finally got my keys after waiting in their long line since only one service guy was there I began to leave the lot and immediately noticed the warranty issue was still present. The un organization, lack of staffing and crappy service earns them a one star. More
