Stephen in sales was a great to work with. Communicative and helpful without any pushy sales tactics. Solid sales job without trying to play games. This was completely at odds with my experience in the financing area which Stephen had nothing to do with. The person in finance tried a ridiculous hard sell tactic selling the additional warranties, basically trashing the company he works for, to the point I quite nearly backed out of the sale completely. I have never had that experience with warranty sales with any other car I’ve bought. More
