It was an incredible experience and I went not once but twice in a two week span and each time was amazing. I owe a huge thank you to Rob Brazie, who made my little sister's first car-buying experience a breeze, Rob went above and beyond to help my sister find a car that fit her style, needs, and budget and I really appreciate his patience with us, (because trust me we made him work for it!). I really can't begin to thank him for all he's done and I'm glad we were able to purchase her first car through him. Rob is 100% the way to go if you're looking for a new vehicle and when I'm on to my next car I know who I'll be asking for help. I will say It's not everyday you go to a dealership and have such a personable experience and by the time the papers were signed it's like we were all old friends! I owe another thank you to Steve Beauchamp, who was super helpful and has a killer personality, he made all the paperwork a breeze and trust you're in for a laugh with him. Lastly, I also want to thank Mark Mike for helping my best friend purchase her new car a VW Tiguan, he was kind and personable and when he saw me the next week with my sister, treated me with a smile. Once Sammy picked a Hyundai Elantra, Gabe walked him through the paperwork and explained the how and why of financing and titling the car. When my wife came up to see how we were doing, she spotted a white Veloster and decided it was for her. We got what we wanted for her trade in and the price we wanted for the Veloster. At no time did we feel like we were being double-talked or played with. Arriving at 8:30 a.m. and leaving before 5 p.m. with two complete transactions was a win for us. We could not have been treated better. More
