I purchased a new Hyundai Venue in September of 2020, and at the time was told they couldn’t find my spare key, so they would be getting me a brand new one. There were then 2 weeks of being told I’d get the key in the next couple days, only to be told another couple of days when that day arrived. I finally got fed up and asked to speak with a manager, and that’s when Steve came into the picture. He then continued to explain that the key had just been ordered that morning.
Here I am 2 & 1/2months later, and I still don’t have a spare key. And guess what? Steve told me that it just got ordered last night and now won’t be here until next week.
Will never do business with this dealership again.

This was the most horrendous customer experience I have had in a long time. I generally let these things go by the wayside especially to give grace in light of the COVID-19 situation, but I was treated so poorly, I will never bring my car back to this dealership/service center nor purchase another car from this dealership which is a shame because we were loyal Hyundai customers and purchased/leased three cars from Sonny (who I adore).
I had Ryan as my service manager when I dropped my car off, but mysteriously, 10 days later, Ryan no longer worked at the service department. Regardless, I received a call telling me my car was ready the day after I dropped it off, which I knew was a lie. Long story short, I shouldn't have received that call, and then I proceeded to receive a call apologizing for the misinformation. 10 days later, I hadn't received an actual update about the status of my car and I had to persistently call and text just to get an update. After talking with John, and Steve, and bothering the poor receptionist to death, I was able to talk through some recommendations for my car. I was then told (after my car had been in the shop for 15 days at this point) the car would be ready the next morning.
Great- I went in the next morning to pick it up, and guess what, it was not ready. I shouldn't have been surprised with the terrible service I had received for the past 15 days. After waiting for an additional 45 minutes, having a minor melt-down in the waiting room, I finally got my car and I think these people were just so glad to have me out of their hair.
Honestly, I had an AMAZING experience with Patricia has my consultant last year and she is the ONLY good thing about that department. This past experience was dreadful and I do not recommend working with these incredibly unprofessional people.
