My experience with Kia of Port Charlotte was awful. The car I bought was in horrible condition—dirty, with a torn seatbelt that they refused to cover. The price jumped from $19k to $22k with hidden fee The car I bought was in horrible condition—dirty, with a torn seatbelt that they refused to cover. The price jumped from $19k to $22k with hidden fees and added warranties I never agreed to. My salesman, Christian, gave me little to no information about the car, rushed me through paperwork, and refused to tell me the final price until after I signed—saying it was “for him to worry about.” When I returned to complain about the seatbelt, they blamed me for not coming back sooner, even though I had to get to work to pay for the car. They promised to “get me a good deal” but instead shoved a higher price on me. They sold me a car that wouldn’t pass safety inspection, falsely claimed it was certified pre-owned, and never disclosed that it was a previous rental. When I asked, the salesman shrugged his shoulders. This dealership was deceptive, unprofessional, and only cared about making a sale. I will never buy from Kia of Port Charlotte again. More

Salesman was deceitful and pressured us to not pay cash and finance thru Kia. Then to top it off he took my wife’s phone from her hand and filled out the survey on himself and dealership and gave himself p and finance thru Kia.
