When we completed the paperwork he escorted us to Miguel who was also warm, friendly, and efficient. Then Carlos got our new Maverick washed and cleaned and helped us transfer our personal items from the old Maverick to the new one and reviewed how to to use the different features. We never felt pressured from any Bird Kultgen employee, but all had a genuine desire to be helpful. We think Bird Kultgen is the best dealership around because not only do they have a large selection to choose from, but their prices are reasonable and their employees are off the chart in being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
